If a piece is not perfect for you, returning it is simple and complimentary.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, in original condition with all packaging and certificates. Personalised and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
How to Return
Contact client services or your boutique advisor to arrange a complimentary insured collection. Pieces may also be returned to any Watson Glow boutique worldwide.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the atelier receiving your return. Exchanges are prioritised and ship immediately.
